Fee calculated at 10% of a nominated project budget of $120,000. If the approved budget changes by more than 10%, the fee is re-based to the new budget.
Revisions and variations
The fee includes 2 revision rounds per stage. A revision round is one consolidated set of client comments, returned within the stage. Additional rounds are billed at $950 ex GST per round, agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to rooms, scope or budget after a stage is signed off are variations and are quoted separately before proceeding.
Not included
- Structural or town-planning drawings
- Council permits and certifications
- Project management on site
- Purchases of furniture and materials (billed at cost)
This proposal is valid until 13 August 2026. Stage invoices are issued at the start of each stage and are payable within 7 days. Work on a stage begins on payment.
