Terms of use
Short version: renders and prices are estimates, credits are consumed when you use them, subscriptions cancel anytime, and nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Estimates, not quotes
TuttoCasa generates design visualisations and costed material schedules from current supplier data. Every figure is an indicative estimate in AUD, not a binding quote. Always confirm quantities, availability, and prices with your supplier and trades before ordering or signing anything.
Credits
Render credits are consumed when a render is generated, including renders you decide not to keep. Credits are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law — for example, if a purchase fails or the service is faulty, we will make it right.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime through your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your content
Your photos stay yours. You grant us only the licence needed to process them and return your render. You agree not to upload content you have no right to use.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights.
